FAQ's

When do you ship my purchase? 

We use bespoke print companies based in the USA and Europe (please check items as selected only ship to the US) not only for their quality but for faster shipping times. When you have made your purchase, your item will be printed/embroidered ASAP, this is usually a couple of days. Once printed you will receive your tracking number.

What's the estimated shipping time?

Items usually arrive within 7 working days. At busy times/Christmas etc please allow longer. 

Do you accept returns? 

Yes we do, please message within 14 days, and return the item within 30 days. While we use a variety of handpicked print companies based worldwide for faster shipping, returning items must ship back to our US-based address. You will have to return the item undamaged/unused to us and we will give you a full refund of the item minus the shipping cost.
